Follow the Red Road to SJRIHEC.

Squaw Leap Learning Center

From HWY168 turn north onto Auberry Road.  Continue for 2.7miles to the community of Auberry.  There is Auberry Elementary school on the left hand side of the road.  At the Y in the road, just after Auberry elemeentary school on your left, take the left fork of the road (Powerhouse Road).  Approximately 4 miles beyond Auberry on Powerhouse Road there will be a sign marking the entrance to Squaw Leap Recreational Area on the left side of the road.  Smalley road will take you to the Squaw Leap Recreational Area and the Squaw Leap learning Center.

Chewanakee school

From HWY168 turn north onto Auberry Road.  Continue for 2.7miles to the community of Auberry.  There is Auberry Elementary school on the left hand side of the road.  When you reach the Y in the road take the right hand fork and travel up the foothill road for 1.8 miles to Jose Basin Road.  The Mono Wind Casino sign will mark the road, Jose Basin Road.  Travel Jose Basin road for 7.6 miles to SCE CE#3 sign (Lower Redinger Road).  Continue downhill for 4.5 miles to the Big Creek #3 sign.  Continue left and downhill for 1.3 miles to Chewanakee school.  The school will be on your right hand side and there is parking in front of the school.
